Default Warrior Spider solo question

Hi, I am about to start solo-ing the spiders, dryders and driftwoods. I just wanted to know, once I get to the cave, am I killing off the dryder first, while a few spiders are shooting at me?

Yes, Dryders first, they damage you with Wastrel's Worry. You shouldn't be taking much damage from the spiders.

Wand the dryders BEFORE you aggro any spiders. The two closest to you should pull back to beyond the rock before the fall towards the area where the driftwood are(should be the way you came from). Then, trying to wand the thrid dryder should pull down all the spiders. I usually just run away and pick off the spiders and then when they are die, I take out that dryder. Afterwards wand the other dryder, pull and repeat.

That's wright, but I should use a long bow, so you have more distance.

The spiders are triggered when you touch any of the three spots the dryders are standing on with your aggro circle, no matter if they are dead or alive. You can lure and kill all of the dryders without causing any spiders to spawn.

What I do is I just aggro the dryders at the cave, then run away, and all the spiders come down. Then, just lure the spiders in groups and kill them off, and once your done, kill the dryders..

too bad they don't drop shards ;(

It depends on your build. If you're using enchantments you'll have to kill the dryders first before spawning any spiders. If you're using one of the overly defensive builds that can hold out against any number of spiders you're free to just run in and smack them around.
